When legendary, Why does Ultrabright deal only -3 electric resistance damage whereas it's heat counterpart, Dawnblaze does -6 explosive resistance damage?

Why ultrabright? Atleast I have one weapon which damages some resistance... Question 2: When both malice beam and hysteria were legendary, hysteria damaged more energy and electric... I am just asking: has the new update made hysteria weaker than malice beam? PS: Too bad I don't have any other weapon which damages even as much as hysteria... Or else I would have used Valiant Sniper... I have asked all the questions to everyone who have replied. Please guide. One last question: Will the combination of Brightroar + MortalBullet + Ultrabright + Hysteria + Face Shocker work? Asking because mortalbullet does more damage with less energy consumption. And in this combination, mortal will check 2-4 and the rest, hysteria...
