It is meeting the "phys bad" criteria, i wouldn't worry about it too much cause the buffs may turn PV's into new monkeys. Still, people worship HPV for raids

Right now it has been deemed Physical is meta-dominant and as such we've passed over physical items when considering buffs. 

What about Molten and Lightning PVs? Do they get any better or do they stay the good bois they already are?
