Jk, but it did need a nerf. Especially in the lower ranks where frantic is good for gate guarding Rank 5.

But heyyyyyy, guess Windigo is viable now.

It's time. I enjoy this new change although I'm still gonna suffer against frantics, it's nice to see anything happening here.
