Energy Mech Improvement
Can y'all help me improve this Energy Mech of mine? I'm not asking for Metas, just help improving it. I believe this Torso and these Legs are good. Maybe replace the top right? I'm looking for two Hysterias but need enough weight space. Most of the issues are probably here. -

Base...
When the Base was introduced I didn't go for it because I saw a lot of people saying it was bad. Browsing this forum I find a lot of people saying it gets worthwhile once you've developed it. But before I go for it I'd like to know what I'm getting into. How does it work? How does it differ to not having a Base? How do you upgrade buildings etc? -

That is the exact 2nd mech i'm aiming for rn. Mpv, claw, the drone and 1 frantic is done, just need 1 more frantic and a rock recoiler. Got into rank 13 2 stars with this
