Yeah but it backfired and i don't have any maxed items.so instead of upgrading my mech i upgrade my base

I guess but in the long run it will be hard to get items 

I have 3 accounts that doesn't have bases including this one

And 1 has animation in campaign

I think ur late.

 Im level 58 and i have all base level 15. in my experience, i get itens easier and its easier to farm upgrade kits, so upgrading the mech. The only con for the base is it cost. for reching level 15 you will need more than 10 million coins and several days. but on long term it definitely worth.

Yeah. I know I'm late on this account but in my main i have base hq lvl15 almost all

And I'm only playing this account for a month

Only for a month? If i were you, i will creat a new account and playing on it. But IF you had some tactics items like shield, pushing gun, healing drone, double charge or double grapping hook. You can activate base and stay with that account.

Sadly no. This account is created before base is added 

But one of my account that has legacy items i can't login because it's in facebook
