The money has been Taken from my account, but the tokens will not appear on my counter in Supermechs acc.

maybe try here and talk to staff that you sent the info. If you requested today, maybe will take time.

If you purchase using google, you might have to request refund to google. Some people requested recently, they might can help a bit on that. 

seems to me that google pay is a crappy thing people having issues all the time.
