Thank you now I know but for example my sisters account she started couple of days ago she had silver boxes is it a glitch, or does only some accounts get silver boxes only in tutorial?

Does anyone know how to get silver boxes? They used to be there but not anymore it would be better because you dont have to wait like the base I think silver boxes are better.
