(I dont know what category this can go in so ima keep it in spam just to be safe ^^) So for those who dont know, Atomus does indeed have lore to him. I've played this game since like 2013 for gods sake, of course im gonna have my own plotline to keep it fun to me. For those who are intrested in SM Lore, Entries about Atomus' whereabouts and current status will be in my About Me section But basically Atomus is a deranged pilot who wants to use Legacy power in order to fuel his monsterous heat mech, once he reaches his goal, he will be completely unstoppable in his conquest for creating a world paved in brimstone and hellfire. Along the way, he will face many challenges and opponents that wish to stop him, (basically explaining Ladder). Atomus' story falls in line with the canonical SM Storyline, the minions and bosses are still trying to take over the planet but Atomus is actively slaughtering them aswell and harvesting their power to grow even stronger. The Mechs trying to defend the Earth alongside the Enemies of Earth face a common enemy as Atomus tries to destroy both opposing forces and control Earth all for himself. His motives are sadistic but in his head he is righteous. He cannot be reasoned with and his emotional patterns is absolutely impossible to predict. He is a Tragic Villan. And although the road to getting what he wants will be long, very strenuous, and emotionally life changing, getting to where he is now wasn't easy. Atomus is 100% aware he will be a changed man after it's all over. But that's exactly..what he wants.

Heres the first victim..He put up quite a good fight, but I dont think he'll be getting up from those burns. This guy was also very formidable, but he just couldn't kill me before I damaged his heat, this guy probably suffered the most. I let him lay there burning alive for about 15 minutes before he could finally cool himself off, i even let him hit me just to give him some false hope. He claimed to be a "Hero". But plot armor doesn't work for side characters. Oh i was cocky with this guy, he didn't believe me.. Well now look at em: 3 Fresh burnt victims to add to my list. And many more to come..

Thats a possibility too, but if you take a look at the Arena screen its a one point perspective INSIDE of a mech, meaning that the mechs do require a pilot. But that could just be for design.

i like the Nemo more than the heatpoint for the simple fact that it helps drain max heat. And with my mech setup being the way it is, my mechs sole purpose boils down to "Damage their max heat and cooling as much as physically possible". The Nemo helps me do just that. The heatpoint stats in the grand scheme of things has a lot more damage and destructive power as opposed to the Nemo, but im not really looking for damage as much as im looking to torture my oppositions heat as much as I can. And the 3 turns that you just described also made me realize the hassle it can be, I have a face shocker in my second build and i really dont like the little bastard because im always having to redeploy it

I have pulled yet another really good item, the heat point drone, I currently have not upgraded it yet, it is on my third mech build as of now. This is my Nemo on my first main heat mech, it's almost maxed and i was going to ascend it. But now the question lingers in my head, Should I discontinue the upgrading of my nemo and focus on this Heatpoint, or continue upgrading the Nemo and then the Heatpoint right after?

I figured this would be a fun topic to create so im gonna go ahead and do exactly that. Ima start it off. As a user that enjoys burning my enemies alive and torturing them by burning them even more so when i get the chance. This question lingers in my mind everytime im boiling somebody's mech all to hell: "How the HELL is the pilot still alive?" take this guy for example: 604 heat damage, and I assume this heat gauge is referring to fahrenheit If the mech itself has to shutdown its entire system just to relieve the heat, I assume the pilot inside is not doing so well especially considering you can cook a damn pizza at 400 degrees fahrenheit and his heat at the moment is 200 plus that. I'm pretty sure the pilot would be dead at this point, insides boiling. But no! The pilot only presumably dies when the mech explodes. BUT IF THE MECH HAS TO COOLDOWN SO MUCH TO RELIEVE THE HEAT AND STILL CANT DO IT SHOULDN'T THE MECH EXPLODE RIGHT THEN AND THERE?!

I recently pulled a Legendary desolation and have been wondering if it would work better for my heat mech, ive personally thought of it and I believe swapping out frantic flame for desolation would do wonders for me since my frantic RNG Is just terrible and im getting sick of doing 30-50 damage and throwing the game because RNG hates me. That and the desolation is an energy free weapon and can help me out during an energy break. Since i have a heat bomb, nemo and a vandal rage to support me during an energy break, the desolation could also do some serious ass whopping for me in that tedious situation But i could be wrong, what are your guys' advice?

i got a legendary flaming hammer from that 15 prem pack (I guess i could use that on my third heat mech or myth it and use dual hammers on my main mech build so i can attempt to slay a titan by weakening its cooling to nothing) an ash creator for my second energy mech and a legendary desolation which now im wondering if i should swap out my frantic flame for a the desolation so I can be a bit more flexible during an energy break

It's not really possible when most of these guys have rank 5+ stats

Well I certainly appreciate the compliment..Although im admittedly not educated in how anything involving engineering works but its definitely something im willing to pursuit

I've been playing supermechs for several years and loved watching mechs destroy eachother as a kid. Legacy SM was what inspired me into learning About how robotics works. I never studied robotics in my life but still! Here's my educated guess as to how the Naga torso is set up. For those who are decent at engineering you might cringe at the analysis but I tried.

Just so we're all clear, Sandbagging IS against the rules right? It really should be. I've dropped 2 ranks because of people like this. It's become a real serious issue for players including myself to progress through the ladder. I run into about 10 of these guys in a regular sitting. If its not against the rules please consider something

"Remember kids, upgrade your cooling or the big bad atom man will come burn you alive" Im gonna start doing these since my heat mech is a monster when it comes to weak cooling. Here is the first victim. This guy was pretty confident he was gonna win by spamming gg. But the moment he started to overheat i siphoned all of his cooling down to singular digits and made him cool himself off all the way before i finally bashed his mech to pieces with my hammer. ...it took over 10 minutes before i put him out

what do u have in mind?

This is my second mech on my alt account, i think it's a pretty good energy build for mid ladder similar to my main heat mech. The drone is Legendary Face Shocker btw
