As the title describes I bought one of the special offers for 14.99GBP on Feb 1st and never got the contents of it as after confirming with my bank and purchase went through on my end a message came up of transaction failure on Supermech app. After I messaged support they told me to request a refund through google play, which I did, but then it was denied. After I sent another message to support they have not since responded. I know this is a small game with a small community but hopefully somebody who runs the forum will see this message will help me out as I don't want to report the transaction as fraud to get my money back as it will probably lead to my account being banned. Thankyou for any advice
