4 weeks of playing SuperMechs again (Part 2)

Here's my progression after another 4 weeks of playing Supermechs:

My responses to the answers from my previous ten questions:

 

1. I got EMP and i max mythed it but i don't have lighting recoiler or viking hammer. I will stay using beginner builds until i get good premium. 

2. I will wait for quad core booster offer for 3k than 15 premium packs for 2k.

3. Well i agree. I need to focus on 2 mechs, until i ranked to 5. (Unless when it's clan wars or something)

4. Jam was right, I should be focus on upgrading on base and maxing my first mech before second.

5. Same as number 4.

6. I will use base for almost power kits until fully upgrade the entire base and mix boxes for almost upgrade foods.

7. Leveling up to 250 is very long task, especially in a grinding game.

8. OD8 for fortune boxes, Gold Portals event is good for gold (for events).

9. Too many smurfs and frantic builds but i will stay until rank 15.

10. I can't watch any ads for tokens (It doesn't matter if i play on mobile or pc, even i wait for entire month, it doesn't work anymore), I'm only earning tokens by daily quests, special quests, campaign and raid. (Buying tokens is easier but my progression is and will be f2p.) Power kits are only way to upgrade anything (food or not, it doesn't matter to me.)

5 questions:

1. Is my main progression still improve after another 4 weeks?

2. Monkey vs windigo vs nightmare? (Until i get vest)

3. Is resistance important early or later? Also is upgrading epic resistance and iron plating bad?

4. Is transforming Rare to Epic/Epic to Legendary items more cheaper and effective?

5. Give me another advice besides tokens and upgrading power kits up to rare.
