Gato gives out boxes and packs, more you progress the more you get. And on special occasions, like Easter, you get an Easter egg for completely free. (Easter egg is a buffed Premium pack with paint.)

My guess is that your english isn't good, so I'll go easy on the grammar.

 

We already got a technically free premium pack after the maintenance a few weeks ago, you can't just ask for free premium packs like they're candy, it's a grinding game.

You spend your tokens on premium boxes or something? With there being at least two special quests in a month, and if you do daily quests, you can get one premium pack per month.

Remember, this is a grinding game, if you don't like it, I suggest going to other games, maybe idle games where you can earn coins easily without doing anything. Don't push yourself too hard, maybe this isn't your style of game.
