Why isnt anyone using windigo? Thats amazing torso and by looking on stats it might be one of best, maybe even best torso in game! It has nice hp, good ene and heat cap, good cooling and regen, basic weights. It just has better stats than mpv, every stat is better except it has 30 more hp and actually alot more sheild..
