So, earning gold farming or from the base do not revert the issue? I mean, if you farm you earn gold and can go against the negative effect in the account. 

The problem fixed after a day. I received the items and I earned the gold back.

I've been playing this game for nearly 3 years and I've never seen this happen before. I tried buying a "remove color" kit and it didn't work. So apparently I owe SUPERMECHS 300K gold. Lovely.
