I legit think getting to rank 12 from rank 15 is easier than going to rank 15 from 16, 17, 18

I just got plasma fortress. But to put it there I removed my energy engine which caused my energy to be low so what combination should I do to at least make it playable.

A  question if u have two corrupt beam, why add savagery ??
