Which build should i use with theses items?

The highest rank i got was 15 with double corrupt light, but i feel it doesnt fit anymore for my rank. Could you help me?

1. Nightmare could be an alternative to windigo if you're running short on weight, even though it's a heat torso its overall good for any type of elements.

2. Before doing anything (other than using the res drainer) use the red rain twice before doing anything else, that's the key rule to using a hugger.

3. When choosing things to upgrade, don't ever max out any res drainer (e.x. LVL1 mythic resistance drainer) since they aren't worth that much other than drainage.

Thanks again GoldenTx. My next step is to upgrade my items for most of them is epic-leg. I think i will spend some months on it. Thank you again. It became hard to get higher than rank 15 with my actual build.
