Whats with the rock recoiler and 115 heat

[Did not receive the 3 legendary relics after completing 3v3 Overload's Den Normal]

I had just finished the 3v3 Overloads Den Normal and went to go claim the gold box that sits on the map. When I clicked on it a pop up happened saying "Loading additional content 0%" and then closes. The only issue here is that I didn't receive the contents of the gold chest, which were credits and 3 relics. Can I get the relics?
