I bought a premium pack instead of waiting for an offer. Should I restart?

If you just started the game no. Imo it is a good idea to buy 1 pack on a new acc since you can get 335 tokens fast and any item will help a lot, especially legs. But after that you should save for an offer (imo). (I bought 2 prem boxes today to calm my gambling urges only to get nothing).
