Cheating problem is geting outta hand

While i was playng i stumbled this player, its kinda obious that normal players dont put the most expensive skin on their parts, am i rghit?

I dont know if the developers can fix this, because as thei say'd themself they cant update the game anymore because they are focused on a another game, i wish them the best but this is kinda bad, well atleast reset their accounts dont bann em because the game is going to get less player after a GREAT PURGE

It's not storm paint, it's just 2 blue marble paint which costs 50 per one.........

What's your point, to what I just read?  I see no cheating.  With those build.
