Is it possible to have my supermech account from my Kongregate profile moved to my SuperMechsDesktop?

Hi,

I played Super Mechs a lot when I was younger when it was on Kongregate.

I had a pretty strong account r3/4 at the time.

But then Adobe retired Flash, and I suddenly could no longer access that account.

So, my question is:

Since I have the SuperMechsDesktop app, is there a way one of the developers could access the data from my old account and write it over the one that currently exists on my SuperMechsDesktop app?

I know the name of my old account, but not its player id. I do have the name and player id of the account I wish to overwrite with my old account.

I have no idea if this is even possible.

Please let me know if it is, and if so, what I need to do.

Have you tried to access the account through the supermech desktop?

yea, I have, but I don't have the password to the account because I made it through Kongregate, and pressing "Forgot Password" takes me to a broken link that just says "File not Found."

I tried using the password for my Kongregate account and the account name. (I know the account name is correct) But all I got was "Wrong username / password"

 That's the only place that I know where you can recover an acct.. I don't think a kongregate email would be linked here. You can try.

I never had an account on the old forum (as I didn't know it existed way back then)

So... I'm pretty much stuck with my Kongregate username and pass, of which my username was the same for SuperMechs

You don't need an account on the old forum. Once you register in the game, your account is made in that forum.  Give it a try. You never know.

No. Don't make an acct. You click on I forgot my Password.  And use the username from kongregate. Try that.

It didn't work 

Using Ruffle on Kongregate, it ALMOST works.  It attempts to establish a server connection but dies with a network error saying "Please check your internet connection"

Note: My internet connection is completely fine

Ok, just waiting to hear back. Until then I can't even log back into the account I had been logged in on, but at least have the user and playerID. However, I have no clue what the playerID for my Kong account was

As Baby Burn, during Kongo issue, SM worked with Kongo with players accounts but was some years back. Marija maybe can help
