Is there a way to get specific items?

I'm trying to get a Frantic Brute but everytime I buy a pack I always get random stuff. I keep spending so much tokens.... Please some advice

1st never buy singular packs always save for offers, 2 there is only one way of what I know, if you level up your factory in base to level 18 you can craft epic weapons now it wont instantly give you frantic it will take a while, but its the easiest way that i know of!

Unlike premium packs, factory crafted epics can't have a guarantee of items that start at epic

that means the factory crafted weapons may be trashes like

twisted flux/blue madness/homage   such goofyahh trashes

the simplest way of getting a frantic is to gather and stock up to 2k-4k tokens and buy offers

still luck based I longed for a lightning recoiler for like 6 months
