hard to tell. if you are free to play it is a hard decision. If you need a particular module might be better to wait for it but can get lucky. The problem now is that we do not have a schedule of offers like used to be.

For a offer there is not much profit .

The fuel correspond to a reloading for most of us ( maybe 25 tokens, i don't remember )

and the pack equals 2030 tokens 

and nothing else with, no arena tokens or titan tokens .

 

The only good thing is that it's a inexpensive offer .

I got an ultrahot protector (heat non-fortress), dark shadow (or whatever physical 2-4 shotgun is) and a Red Rain.  I think, just based on the math of tokens per pack, it was worth it, much less with what I got.

I think if you want something specific, save for deals like quad core, fortresses (what I'm currently saving for), etc.

But this is good for the account that needs basically everything.

save money. do not spend if you do not have to survive in life or limited at your local life. In many countries that is heavy amount of money. Just be in a good clan as you mentioned before, farm, collect tokens daily, raid, events, clan titan, commercials and do not spend them trying to kill a boss etc unless will get more in return doing the math.
