In my opinion, 1V1 campaign final boss, on at least hard mode (if not insane).  I got like 4 fortune boxes yesterday and almost each time, a drop of some sort.

Obviously fortune boxes aren't always the best, but they're pretty good.

      Struggling to move up ranks, always fight stronger enemies, what can I do?

      Here’s an update on my current mech after taking the advice. (I didn’t add the armour because I for one can’t really see the difference the purple one does, so I’ll just wait until I get a legendary one, then I’ll replace it with the hammer) I am also waiting on the 2K Token deal with the cases. And funny thing is, now I’m not losing against normal mechs, I’m losing against people with double frantic brutes and 2k hp torso with lvl1 legs.

      Weapons

      If you are buying, the best is to get the offers with parts that are fixed plus extras. When you open a premium pack, nothing will be fixed instead it is a gamble lucky win. There are parts are hard to get regardless invest thousands of dollars. If you are in a rush, buy normal but will be the same. Wait for the offers having a better discount and pray for luck. Farm a lot and max one of the factories to L20 in the BASE for the option epic/legend. Will take time to get that unless you spend a lot of tokens and buying gold. Maybe spend $25,000 or more and can have a CLEVERNAME similar account if luck is as good. Many players here have not spent money and are top players in the 10 solo spot and others all the time. Just will have to get luck, farm and wait some years "years in plural".

      yes, I doubt Sumerian doing things like that. I do not play for a year but when I was doing few pvp, he played honest, and I played against him from my starting days.

      I am in his Clan, and he doesn't seem to be hacker. None of the other players that he had posted I have not come across. But as @Pyra pinky slayer has mentioned, it is your internet connection.
