The best thing to do in this situation is set up a new email that forwards every message it gets to your main email

If you really want to do this, here's my advice.

Go here and log into your account.

Then go somewhere on the internet and get a random password that you do not write down.

Change your password to this and then change the email address to some random email address that doesn't exist.

You have to go into the User Profile into account settings.

Once you do this, it's gone because you can't recover it.
