Hybrid Heat Cannon is a strictly better version of Flaminator. Once it is fully upgraded, you should replace Flaminator with HHC.

Yeah but until I max the HHC out, should I replace it with the Corrupt Light?

you can drop corrupt light, but all depend on gold investment. Sure, will have a hybrid but also it does consume more energy. You need to be careful according to your modules set ups. The weapon it is a good one for different combos on top mechs but in your case energy it is a most to have. Work on modules before exchange.
