No, do not waste the gold and parts to level up. The drone requires a buff and there are others already making the work.  Let the forum know what it is your set so can help you out better.

Go for the Protector drone, it is the superior one... Better than Tonto because of range. Greedy is not worthy at all.

Don't forget the damage, Protector packs more than Greedy can, even with the res drain.

Thanks yall guess won't max it up yet only taken interest cuz I need lesser weight for drone so I can equip more weapon(i have sh8tty physical weapon except for the top one,)
