Does today's portal actually have a chance of dropping legendaries?

You just have to blow through some fuel and get lucky though.

Well, no, I meant that I wanted to know how much fuel/tokens to spend to get something.

Yesterday I ran 6 loads of fuel on that thing and got only one legendary (a Hurlbat).
