What is the easiest way to improve cooling.

I currently have a pretty decent physical mech, but it's only problem is cooling. I have 106 cooling rn, which isn't nearly enough. But I can't for the life of me get any cooling modules at all. What is the easiest way to get them? I don't have base activated btw.

Well, the easiest way, would be to spend money, and buy many a Premium Pack. Otherwise, it comes down to investing your Arena points in cooling, constantly farming, to hopefully get modules in item boxes,  purchase Silver boxes in the Shop, and hope for the best., or save your tokens, to purchase Premium Packs/Boxes, and again, hope for the best. Occasionally, there are offers, too, but that leads back to my original point, of spending money, unless you never spend your tokens.

and a torso that has a lot of built-in cooling

In my opinion, heat engines and quad core boosters are superior to storage units (except maybe dual engine and combined storage unit).
