I forgot my password even though I writes it down

and then, you'll see this: 

make sure the e-mail address is the address you used when you first made the account otherwise it doesn't work. 

after that, check your email for the new password. Note: the email might end up in spam or other folders if you do not see it in inbox. 

btw, the new password is computer generated.
