Flaminator and Hot Flash

The hybrid weapons are really annoying. Flaminator and hot flash are relatively common at lower ranks (even in r6-r7, where I am now), and fighting them as a typical heat or energy build without hybrid weapons is difficult, unless the opponent just has a bad/underlevelled mech. I don't think hybrid weapons are too strong, they're just a pain and I despise playing against them.

i energy drain someone and they DRAIN ME WITH A MAXED HYBRID WEAPON

I'd suggest getting better modules. That is the reason energy seems OP in lower ranks.

I haven't noticed too many Flaminators, but the use of Hot Flash has ramped up quite a bit.

Hot Flash is not such a bad weapon, really if it can be useful up to rank 3, Flaminator I do not see it much, since it is more used than Counter, in my opinion those with a good set of modules will have no problem beating them.

However, those Premium versions are too strong, I would like to have both.

Those are my favorite weapons in game. The premium versions are a lot better though.
