In this mech i need nemo or murmur

you also need a heat bomb

and .... you also need like 700 heat cap and 300+ cooling

what are the utilities (ie. Teleport, grapple, drone, charge)?

He is not been playing for too long as far I remember. He is doing great.  Murmur can be ok for boiler but with your lack of module to support a boiler will be hard on you a bit due to the weapons on use have the tendency to use heat and will overheat you at this point. 

Ok to use what you have depending at your current level. You can be an R10-R8 with better energy and heat stats. Now, you need to balance due to lack of resist and testing with some can help a bit or add a bit of plating due to low HP. 

Nemo still ok or murmur due to have same weight. Your mech at this point is more oriented to heat damage not as boiler.
