Golden Provided the link from our missed friend and one of the few super great contributor's link.

 If you are referring game account level it is around L30-L40 in 1V1 but I forget the place. I think @JamAnime did it recently and someone else. I did too when I started and got tons of F.B. and top legends parts not developed on those days. Some accounts provide many in that particular spot. Some others regular or less. 

After you pass those levels, then can't farm more there because stops to provide them. The other fortune boxes grant places are in the link provided by Golden.
