I've cleared 5 spaces in the clan and changed it to open, so if you're rank 12+ consider joining.

I'm usually rank 12/11 and I occasionally reach rank 10

I'd say you should see if you can get in without the request, and if not, the boss will pick up on this thread.  Someone who can make 10 occasionally now will make 10 regularly enough in future, IMHO., but I'm not the clan boss and should probably zip it now....
