What affects a Titan level? When is a titan lvl 1?
Hello I've decided to start getting more achievements. I've seen an achievement where you have to beat a lvl [x] titan (for me it's lvl 1) Is the lvl of titan the amount of stars? What affects the level of the titan? My current clan has had 2 star titans. Will I need to change my clan to do the achievement?

Im just trying to improve my mech but i keep running out of fuel and cant do anything in the game, i get all my multiplayer tokens and farm campaign for boost items but after my fuel is gone i cant play the game until it refills. Any way to go around it? Is there some level that gives alot of xp for the least fuel cost, im currently playing overlords den lvl 6 on insane.
