I am going to post my builds, have been going for about a year and am reaching the tops of rank 13 now. Feel free to post advice or criticism or anything like that.

A tip: Maximize your Weapons (Upper Weapons and Front Weapons), then the Legs and finally the Torso .

My grinding level is the 1v1 final boss hard,as the autoplay function can't beat insane on its own

To Farm it is advisable to use an Electric Mech, you have "Lightning Platinum Vest" so it is perfect; look at mine you guided to the idea :

Is that the best level to farm? Or are there better levels?

OD6 is the best route for gaining xp, as it basically gives double the amount of xp compared to playing OD8. Though OD6 is gonna be less efficient when you reach LVL200, as there's no more good rewards from LVL250. In which you should resort to OD8 farming when you reach LVL200.

OD8 for general grinding. DL6 for (personally) fortune boxes grinding.

Update for today. Been upgrading power units and using at level 13-16 to upgrade my hot flash is level 38 now.

For my base at level 20 for all goldmines, level 20base, onelevel20 factory and 2 16 and 1 14

Seriously regretting my (stupid) decision of using 3 meta items (MPV, mercy and molten blast) to make my lpv torso mythical...

Dropped back down to rank 16 but will climb later. Got stuck with a bunch of smurfs. Have learnt my lesson and now will be keeping all my premium pickups in future.

Unsure what to myth next

When I get a Lightning recoiler will take hammer and evac off and put on emp and lightning recoiler

Pretty good progress, but you'll definitely want to start heavily working on your modules. At this point, upgrading your modules takes less resources compared to other stuff for the same amount of power you gain from it. You can try producing a ton of power kits from item factory daily if you aren't doing that already.

OD6 farming works for different reasons.

1- Better XP helping to level up your account all the way to L250. You do not have to change in L200. It is functional and good to keep using it until L250.

2- OD6 fast farming for limited player time to farm and play. Less attack time, great gold even no worthy passingL250 for XP but that apply to any other attack area. I am stuck on L250 after 8 months of play in my account. Frustrating. I can be L800 or more with current format. That was my fun in the game. 

3- Hunting for Fortune Boxes is good for some accounts and others not that good. All depend on account grants. My account is bad in the grant for years even my first year was really good granting Legendary all the time but later is bad. Also, the F.B. grant can be good or bad. My account is terrible to get them in the hunt plus bad in mix boxes grant during the hunt. No worthy in my account to hunt them. 

4- If you play to hunt Fortune Boxes, there are some aspects to understand that might be ok or not.

     a- Lucky grant and happy face if the account is one of those that grant many with decent part grants. Some players possess great account with tons of fortune boxes in the high hundreds. 

    b- Because hunting boxes consume more fuel, the grant of mix boxes will be half generally speaking. The basic game grant it is a 50% chance to get a mix box in one shot farm like in OD6 for 7 fuels. If you go for F.B. eat more fuel for one shot reducing attacks with one full load on fuels reserves. That means; in order to increase mix boxes to level up parts, it will require 2 times farming to get the same result leveling up parts. The process will take too long to yield same result. I have been a fast farmer so I can tell you that for sure. So, I made my account L250 in 8 months flat so will take 16 months to get L250 farming at that level I did with mix boxes grant to make parts. If I was able to make 80 parts in one year, then will be 40 with the hunt in one year. 

  c- Pick your preference. Both options are for players styles on progress. All depends on personal priority, risk and luck.

Nothing much to add today, just made hot flash from level 39 to 46. Have a legendary/epic item from base on the way (have had insane legendary drop rates from base) (4/9)

Hopefully will get some MPV to replace the ones I wasted...

Grinded od7 insane as slightly higher exp.

Still rank 16

Also, is there meta builds for raid and campaign?

And how do people store up there fortune boxes and premium packs?

1-Just be careful spending to make meta build. Control.

2- I do not know in reality of the Metas for raid and or campaign. I never focused into make raid perfect to be at top 10. I just play for play it. There are videos if you want to look into them and can show best build for it. Sure, some people here are top 10 like @Electrick010 that build up slowly his account farming and now he is a top player like in Raid getting those positions globally. 

 About campaign, normally heat mechs are better but some stages can be energy or phys options to do better. The most important thing in campaign is to have 1 mech that can fight in the 1v1 and that will be enough to help on farming at OD6. Your phys mech it is good enough to make it. Just enhance modules. 

3- Storing F.B and premium packs accumulate by themself in a purchase or farming for it. Just normal action.

  Sure, there is some capacity limit like mix boxes and a warning will pop around 820 boxes accumulated then will stop to save them. In the case for Premium Boxes, well... I have 1006 accumulated as purchases through long time. Can't see the extra 6 but it is there. 

I can't talk about F.B. because I do not know any person that reached 1000 to know if will do a warning like with mix boxes.

In the BASE crafting power kits, it can accumulate thousands if not let the craft stops. If just for say reached 100 accumulated as first batch maximum allowed when start to craft, if do not add more to the craft after crafted some and let it run until complete the batch, then you can't craft more until eat current batch and start from zero. If you order 100 and the game already crafted 10, then there are a remaining 90 power kits in that order to finish. Because it is an order, it is considered as a BATCH in process and allow to add more as complete one item.  If the 10 were completed out of 100 now having 90 to go, you can keep adding more and, in this case, will be 10 so can be considered an open order that can add more if want if not let it stop.

To be honest it's probably not even he's real build...

It was something like this

1-Yes, save some for now 

2- There is no limit or reasonable spending. Each player only can manage their own money. The other players only can provide guidance on parts to have for current mech or what offer can work better in case by case. It can be very expensive even for people with some money. Do not get into the frenzy thing because wants to have all in one shot. Legal players with good arsenal for free or even buying it is about years of work in their accounts. Sure, illegal just in a month. 

3- Some regular METAS can work ok but some not that good. As Raid progress to the last stage in the week, it can be hard to win regardless good weapons. It does require to be smart player to some of them and to have good weapons for it. For lazy people to average 125 tokens and get into the last Raid tier and win, can use heat hugger. Sure, some attacks damage a lot the mech and might need recoils or maybe energy bombs or heat bombs or some snipe weapons etc. Players interested to be good on those, study and test. Sure, a lot of information are in the videos of the game youtubers and in the forum. Top players can provide ideas as best. Some of them are youtubers. 

4- Model Citizen does have some decent mechs and it is a good player. Hmm, many dominate the raid for years before I started. Too many to mention. 

5- Rest in Piece it is a good player too and yes, he used too or still been in top legal. Like mentioned, too many are really good without cheat. There are hundreds or some thousands no longer playing as used to be. Maybe retired, got tired of the cheat issues etc. By the time I started, the competition was high to be on top in legal way.

Just upgraded my storage thingo to level 9 on my main mech and hot flash to level 48. Did some 2v2 campaign got to 73%. That's about all
