.....Have you been reading this thread at all? If you had read any of the other replies to this thread the 'I only see you cry about this' is completely false and uneducated. Based on your grammar and straight up ignorance I'm going to guess your a young teen and that's me being generous as your entire comment screams juvenile/childish. If you are an adult then you're being reallll mature hun. We are allowed to comment on a game we play, dead or no. Sounds like you need a nap kid or a reality check lol. The Issue can't be looked into/ delt with if we don't speak up, simple as that.

Yeah crazy how time flew for me, Now i'm 20 + an artist. Hard to believe the last time I played seriously was so long ago. Was actually called heat queen back in my hay day + was always accused of faking being female because of course lmao. I was never in the top 10 players, heck I was more like top 50-100? I dunno man it'll be a decade ago in 1-2 years. As for the other legacy players I can't fully speak on their behalf but I know a good few left before then after reloaded for multiple reasons. Hell I retired mech fighting for a year before I formally/ not so formally left. Kind of regret not giving anyone a proper goodbye but shit happens. Some wanted to keep in touch others didn't, I was one who just didn't want to associate with my name but things change. I just want to be a little more active in a community I basically abandoned and I'm hoping giving advise on the forums when needed and trying to give a different perspective will give back to this community in a good way.

Well, I'm hotz (hotlinesword), I was a legacy player from 2014 and played till roughly 2017-2018? I can't say I'll be too active on the forums, simply like to check on the game that I played since I was 12. Don't know what else to say besides I can be quite blunt and I'm not afraid to critique the game despite the nostalgia I have for it. anddd that's it. Just felt like an introduction was required at this point as I check on the forums every couple weeks-months.

I noticed the smerf problem when I came back around 2-3 years ago? might have been longer, When I wanted to start up again completely from scratch as I had A. Lost the passwords to my legacy accounts or B. lost the emails to said accounts. It was awful then and kinda saddens me it's gotten as bad as it is now, It just discourages newbies from actually playing and getting good at the game with out paying massive amounts of money on this game. Hell I'd argue some of the stuff you can buy in the shop with real money can be way too OP for new players to beat. It's not just a matter of "well the newbies should try harder/ grind more" most people have to pay bills and insurance fees or are in school, therefor cannot pay out to get the expensive gear and even then 'paying out' doesn't make you understand the game or how to actually use that gear like grinding will. then what about grinding? for a newbie to grind with out any monetary help AT ALL it would take them months to get out of r20-r15 alone with the smerfs. I have to agree with most of the posts here, that there SHOULD be a system put in place to make it so the match ups are based on your stats, not just rank. It's killing this game because those who pay will get power hungry then bored and those who dont just get frustrated and quit.

This is actually false, As a legacy player I can confirm SM was pc flash game LONGER then it was a mobile one. I Still remember people waiting for it to release on IOS years back as it had released on android and that caused a major boom in new players and content. SM actually used to not have any transactions at ALL till somewhere in 2015-2016 maybe late 2014 though I highly doubt that was the case. Also roblox and minecraft also started on pc before slowly moving to mobile platforms and both still thrive.

I strongly advise against a reboot of any kind...as a legacy player that witnessed what 2 major updates did to this community A reboot would have by far the most anger towards it if it does not end well. Reloaded was enough to get people to leave all together because their builds became...useless. I'm only just come back from a 5 YEAR absence and I can't say the game has changed besides the amount of people on here...Most of the legacy players left and I've only been able to keep in contact with a handful. Most aren't even willing to come back because the game is a husk of what it used to be. Theres no strategy to this game anymore, if you have money you just buy a premade mech off the shop, spam the shit out of a weapon and you're suddenly rank 10 with in a day or there is a troll that intentionally loses to harass new comers making it impossible for them to rank up at all. I have my own money now but even I feel dirty just thinking about buying tokens or a build to just use for upgrade parts... Yes new players are joining...But they aren't staying because of this unless they genuinely have a passion for it. I can't fully let go of this game that I would play DAILY for YEARS. I'm not saying the game shouldn't have Evolved...But it shouldn't of evolved in the way it did that didn't really benefit anyone but the people that have money to burn. That is my stance on that statement.
