    On behalf of gato, we hope you will all have a great time with your family. Remember that some things are irreplaceable and value them!
    Now, if you've some time to have fun, everyone on mobile should be getting an easter box in their notifications.
    Some may have delayed delivery and for the next few days, anyone who logs on desktop or puffin https://flash.puffin.com/http://supermechs.com/?hideall will also get it (but it may be a few hours late there, sorry!). Please do pass that information on to any other players you know and spread the joy. Even if on a break, a gift never hurts.
     
    By the way, the box is also available in the store. It has a bit better droprates than the usual box and comes with a pattern bonus (usually, might get an item sometimes), so I hope for those of you who saved up, it's well worth it.

    Best wishes for these holidays and I hope you are all spending a wonderful time with your friends and families! For those that don't celebrate Christmas, I hope you are still enjoying this time of the year. 
    I hope by now you have found our Christmas portal. If you haven't, have a try as the rewards are definitely worth it. We will also be giving out the Christmas box, same like last year's. 
    You should get it in your notifications automatically - don’t worry, not everyone will get it at the same time and it can take up to 24 hours to deliver. You can also simply log onto the desktop version to get the reward, failing that.

    Hi Pilots, 

    We've done a small server update to solve some recent issues with the game. 
    Since KIN was causing an increasing amount of issues both server and client sided, we've removed KIN from all remaining accounts. Please report it if you still see it after re-opening the game.  We've generally cleaned up the 'special' accounts, some accounts that had special features lost them as a result. Our apologies for any inconveniences related to this.  We've further improved the payment system, making it more solid and much, much faster. This should solve the issue where it was taking excruciatingly long for a purchase to process, forcing one (or even multiple) relogs to get the tokens.  Thanks for your patience with these problems and have a good week!

    We're currently executing a precautionary backup of our data as the system is not running all backups correctly since the issues yesterday. 

    We do not expect downtimes to come from this, but nevertheless some slowdown or small (<2 hours) down time could happen. 

    We expect to solve the underlying issue either in about 15 hours or in about 40. This is expected to have no downtimes but could lead to one of up to 6 hours.

    We have received reports on the potential abuse of the payments system, which was identified and then fixed. It was not used to a significant amount but those who have abused it, will be permanently banned.

    Gato wishes you happy Easter! We hope you will have a pleasant day with your families. 
    A present from us, an easter box, will be in mobile notifications. Dont worry if you dont get it immediately, some might be simply delayed.     The server is currently down due an unknown infrastructure issue.

    First of all, best wishes for these holidays and I hope you are all spending a wonderful time with your families. Of course some of you don’t celebrate this holiday, but even then it’s always good to spend some time with your loved ones. 🙂 
    Many of you have already discovered our portal. I hope you’re all managing to get the rewards for that between whatever else you have planned today. We’ve now also given out a nice Christmas box again, it’s similar to last years’ except we’ve made some very unlucky edge cases impossible, so even the unlucky ones will hopefully get something nice!
