Interesting, this is the first time I saw mythical tokens.
Oh boy, this sale is hard to decide on. I’m not ecstatic about spending $50 on either tokens or premium packs, or both in this case. However, I do like the maxed out legendary power unit and the transform relics.
I feel the pain coming on for the next sale because I get the feeling it’ll cost a bunch of tokens...
In hindsight, I think this is a good sale if anyone has the money for it.

My God! When I made this topic, I had no idea this topic would draw this much controversy among a very, very few people on the forum, who has negative comments on this topic.
I didn’t intend for this topic to be about a debate. It’s merely a tribute to honor the fallen forum members. That’s all.

Let me make myself 100% clear to everyone, so there’s no further misunderstanding in my meaning. When I mentioned those who got banned on the forum, I’m referring to those who were unjustly banned. Obviously, this doesn’t include people who actually deserve a ban.
And another thing, it boggles my mind when people comment on a topic without reading everything that was discussed before joining a conversation. I highly encourage everyone to read what’s being discussed, and to ask questions if they need clarification. Speaking out of assumptions or ignorance isn’t a good premise to start a discussion.

With this sale starting later than the norm, I was beginning to wonder if Alexander is still interested in making money.
Well, finally, we’ve a guarantee sale. I see people predicted the Energy Fortress correctly for this sale. Later, I’ll add it to my collection of premium resist mods.
Most of the premiums I’ve is due to sales. Now days, everyone and their dogs can have good premiums if they’ve the money for it. Who would have thought Tacticsoft would sale their moms.
I remember in 2018, it was hell to get any good premiums. So, a lot of people would have unique builds built around any worthy premium items they have.
Now days, I’m seeing a lot of people are able to copy entire builds because they’ve enough premium items to make a complete build. So, it’s not uncommon to see a lot of the same builds in the arena.
We’ve come a long ways from the assorted, random builds back in the day to the highly specialized builds now days.
Now we go vroom!

I remembered Alexander discussing more about his team on the old forum. But since the old forum is gone now, I can’t access that team info anymore.
From what I remembered, Alexander mentioned 2 people working on SM and they’re time-sharing the development with Battle Dawn. You’d have to ask Alexander for the facts.
Don’t quote me on this. My memory is sketchy. However, the part that Alexander has a team is solid info, at least from what I quoted him on.

I’m baffled why you need to go on rumors when you can easily ask Alexander for the facts on SM Discord. After all, he’s readily available on there.

I want to make a correction.
After looking at SJNiksZ’s video further, the drop rate isn’t that bad after all. That person got these premium items (legendary rarity items):
- Superb Charge Engine
- Rail Gun
- Lazy Falcon (questionable usage)
- Cockpit Piercer
- Hardened Platinum Vest (niche item)
- Explosive Retreat
Whether all these items are useful premium items is debatable.
I sincerely apologize for the inaccurate information. I should have paid more attention.

It’s a shame there’s no way to do on-the-spot polls to see who will buy Gato’s sales, another shortcoming of this forum.
Not that the sample size in this forum is all that great. Considering, this forum is populated by a faction of the people compared to the old forum. Nevertheless, it’d be interesting to see the polls results done on Gato's sales in this topic.

I saw no mention of a “moment of silence”. Instead, as stated, it only shows press F to pay respects, which the characters in the game did.

Lol! You don’t have to take everything literally. The fact you even mentioned fallen soldiers makes me think you’re literally treating this topic as such.
Just because I used a photo with soldiers in it doesn’t mean it’s about soldiers. However, the meaning of the photo hold true with this topic, which is respecting/honoring the fallen forum members. That’s the intent of this topic (respect/honor), not the fallen soldiers!

I want to honor the fallen forum members that didn’t make it thru their forum ban. The harsh reality of this forum...
As far as I know, they didn’t deserve a forum ban. With that said, every time someone gets ban, we lose a voice in the forum. As it is, we lost a lot of people after the transfer from the old forum. This forum is a pale shadow in comparison to the old forum in activity and usability.
May they find a better life without this forum.

Oof! I just realized you took the OP’s comment out of context.
Because of that quote, I thought he meant it isn’t useful. Actually, his discussion is more about a buff than about useless.
If I saw his entire post below, my reply would have been different to correspond to his meaning. Actually, I wouldn’t reply because it’s a matter of opinion that I’m not interested in engaging since his suggestions will never happen. Thus, I see no point in discussing it.

There’s a difference in meaning when a buff is added to the context of what he’s discussing. Please be careful when quoting people. You may end up giving the wrong impression from what the author intended.
That’s why I try to quote the entire text, so I represent what the author intended. When referring to a specific comment in a long quote, I highlight it in a different color to show what I’m specifically addressing in that long quote. But still maintain the integrity of the author’s intent.
However, my previous comments on Sacrifice Cannon’s usefulness still stand in regards to your comment.
Oh, man, you slugged me a cold one there. I wasn’t expected a misquote. Again, please be more thorough when quoting. I'd appreciate it.

Oh, I see now. In my opinion, technically, the OP is correct. It isn’t very useful in the arena in regards to Brute or Spartan users.
Case in point, after recently divining my 2 Brutes, I found Sacrifice Cannon to be enticing. After seeing people in the arena use Brute-Sacrifice Cannon combo, I was eager to use it on Spartan. Lol, it got me killed the other day! Needless to say, I switched to my regular build.
Despite that, I still see value in it anywhere, except the arena. But its value is limited in my opinion. Considering it’s a minor weapon due to its 1-use, and it doesn’t mesh well with either Brute or Spartan’s 3-6 range. Mainly due to its 1-use, I consider it as a gap-filler when there’s spare room.
So, essentially, it isn’t that useful, although it can be useful as a gap-filler.

That gave me the perfect opportunity to switch to my true love, energy. As the saying goes, “If you can’t beat them, join them.”
Apparently, with the win streak I have, this is a sound strategy.

You can try to make an official report with Alexander. Regardless, Alexander is aware of the problem. I can only wonder why he hasn’t done anything about the raid cheaters.
Maybe, if there are enough raid cheaters, Alexander might do something.
