I am stuck at campaign 2v2 and PVP rank 13. Can you guys help me build my 2nd mech and improve my first mech?

Here is my items, I encounter a lot of energy mechs in arena. I am currently at rank 12. My first mech is heat counter, I wan't my 2nd mech to be energy counter but i don't know what modules to put.
