Didn't you say you run a heat mech? Which have the best cooldown in the game. Instead of calling people scrubs and telling them to get gud, you could give them helpful tips to deal with these types of things.

True, some even use nightmare (pls don't kill me). 

I've also seen dual divine heat bombs. Pretty much a nightmare to deal with. Especially if you are a f2p player.

You called him a noob yet he's just another f2p that can't get into high rank because of heat bombs, What do you have on your heat mech? 

In the arena I'm seeing a lot more Heat Bombs than usual. It probably deals with the fact that it does over 485 heat dmg and the cost is almost 100 less. Besides, it does a lot more than EMP, which has well rounded Electric dmg and cost. 
Here is my Heat Bomb stats.
340 or 350 heat dmg
15-20 Explosive dmg
Cost would be 320 or 325.
 

Buddy, I've been playing for 2 and a half years. I'm at rank 9-7. I have a Maxed mech with one almost complete. 

I can't deal with heat bombs that good and I'm rank 10-11, so the difference is not dealing with it but seeing how it is later, also mid ranks take forever to get out of and heat bomb is good there so getting good wouldn't help unless you spend around $1000 or something crazy like that.

I think it is totally reasonable to have Heat Bomb do more heat damage than heat cost. Otherwise you would end up overheating yourself as well. The purpose of Heat Bomb isn't to be a main weapon but to get your opponent's heat, but to bring their heat to their capacity. 
Heat bomb being stronger than EMP needs fixed though...

They should do less energy damage than Hysteria because it's a rare to divine weapon, while Hysteria is an Epic to Divine weapon. Hot Flash should do around the same energy damage Malice Beam does.
