You can only watch reward ads 30 times a day.

You can get relics from 3 sources currently:
1. Arena boxes have a chance of containing relics, the higher your arena rank is the better relics you'll drop. (Starting at rank 9 you can start dropping epic relics, and from rank 7/5 you can get legendary relics.)
2. You can participate in clan wars to get clan boxes. Each tier has it's own drops, From D to S+.
3. Gold portals, which are the rarest out of the sources, give relics when you first clear an individual difficulty. However this means once you clear the difficulty they won't drop again!
So going off of these, the best way to get more relics is to improve in arena for better arena boxes, and find a better clan to win more clan wars.

From the PC itself you can't reset your ads, you'll need a mobile device.
Normally ads reset at a different time for everyone, in my case my ads reset when i get my daily bonus at 5pm.
To get your ads back on pc, you have to first watch an ad on your phone.
The way i do it, is i go to mission 1 / raid, kill a bot and abort the mission, usually an "Improve your mech" window pops up that you can watch for 2 tokens.
After that you can do the other 29 ads on pc.
