  1. energy free phys? Come to realization the 5th annihilation I have is indeed energy free, and I have the Sweetie not night eagle Very good heat, maybe too good, and exchange for plates. Torso is only legendary so stats are really bad but it look like stuff Figured out ideally I would want shotguns rather than annihilations. But oh wow those are hard to come by
  2. The divine spam is unreal Rank freakin 18 and you see mechs with 3+ divines. I have only myth torsos so far The problem is the game is .. the definition of pay to win, especially when the matchmaker is what it is. Or grind 10,000 hours with the base. Even though aside from that, there are some great moments. Like that once you narrowly beat them by double overheat them for 5 rounds with 34 health remaining Or the opposite side when RNG says yes and you wake up from the endless shutdowns with 7 hitpoint. Those are moments when both sides go "Mmm, good game". Even ones where you just got drained by a EMP+MB combo sometimes are like "mm" Having a better matchmaker sound like the easiest way to simutaneously reduce pay to win and increase GG moment.
  3. Bots. I can even feel out the algorithm. They will attack when any weapon is in range, or stomp otherwise. However if they have 1 turn left and they cannot stomp and all their weapons cannot be used, they will just sit there. Take them a while to scan through all the possible moves, so they might feel like slow player. Deploys drone if all weapon fails. Or charge. I tried spamming the [_] out of them, verbally insulting them and berating them to death. The most extreme kind. no movement In a sense, dual FB and recoil is meta, but then why have dinky torsos and legs slap something good on and go to rank 5, there isnt even much skill involved. They really overbuffed FB didnt they
  4. Bots? Or actual player It have to be bots, right
  5. Appreciated. ___ Man. This one's buff is so tremendous.
  6. If I waited until now to paint my mech, I'd have saved about 30 tokens. But it's ok.
  7. True. And War Robots is real-time PVP so if your internet lag a bit you are out. I'm f2p (but they give you free gold after you went missing for more than 3 months). My best stuff is a Carnage, a Butch and 3 trebuchet plus a tempest. Even with the trebuchet at level 10 the dpm is still very low. Everything is just madness. What does the letter color follow again?
  8. @STARWULPH Very interesting stats on Frantic Brute. Good job on the defense matrix, I don't even know the name of it.
  9. Max commons are okay. They pack decent punch. The higher the level (which mean more power to next level), the higher the increase in the amount of power (for the kit). In higher levels you can get to 11K increase in power (per level), although you need to spend about 8K or 9K to boost that level (which might be discouraging) Max epics are used on legendaries. A maxed epic will boost a (non premium) legendary item to level 33. A legendary that is below level 32 will not be maxed with the use of another epic kit (and will need some common food). Legendary kits, in their name, should go with prenium legendary/mythed ones. But again, those are pretty rare. You will not want to transform power kits. You must also agree that by transforming, you need to spend gold and you lose some power. Yes, I agree, having a power kit at 100K power (or 50K power) and use it to boost a dozen level on an item feels good, it might not be THE most economic choice. Same as when you boost common kits to boost other items -- you can boost all the legendary with the commons directly (20% rule), but its tedious and the boosting seem to not have any effect. But it might as well be the more economical one.
  10. I'm pretty sure it's for reference only. Stacking kits (boosting kits with kits) work, but rather costly (as the kits themselves can be used perfectly fine with other non-kit items)
  11. Catch is, if you use a item of the same class/type to boost, you get 10% more power. If you get both of them correct you have 20% more power. Example: If I use a common sikanda, which have 400 power, to boost my dawnblaze, dawnblaze will receive 480. Whereas if I use it to boost my savagery OR if I use it to boost my viking hammer, the item will receive 440. If I use it to boost anything not explosive or anything not side weapon, I will get 400. Boosting common kits, and then use it to boost items give you 17% since power kits do not benefit from this -- which made it a waste of power and money. ___ It's tedious, but boosting item-by-item is more efficient when power units fall short. A rare kit that came (as is) will give you 20%+ boosts (22.5% or something), which make it worthwhile. Same goes for epic/legendary kits. Hence the food I use to feed the transformations is largely random -- I just grab whatever plentiful item I have on my table that goes to legendary. Redeemer? Or annihilation? Maybe dawnblaze? Maybe all of them. I need quite some amount of it.
  12. POWER. It does not matter if you are making rare or epic or legendary items they don't give you enough power/$. Cheap (now common) is the most effective at converting coins into boosting power. At maybe waiting time, but do you play 24/7? probably not. The only things you will (mostly) ever need is legendaries, and power. Enough food come from the boxes already. And since they dropped common prices, I might as well argue that the price for the "cheap" to be also dropped. to 500 (or 750), as suggested.
  13. I thought I was the first that came up with the "lightweight plating" idea. It'd be mainly useful for when you have some spare weight on your mech (and happened to have extra slots). 20 kg. Offers exactly half the punch of a plat-plate. E-M. Because the hp/slot is low, we wont worry about spamming plate. E-M for the fact that it cost twice the amount of power (and item) to obtain the same amount of hp boost. It might be popular, or it might not. Just like some of the newer weapons featuring retreats / advances. A "interesting thing in the collection" type of item, perhaps. I'd say add it. No one cried for a distance shredder or a distance controller. Yes, offering exactly half the punch of a plat plate might be still too much because how iron plating is half health and same weight. But what kind of reasonable setup will leave you with 4 slots of accessory and still manage to fill up the weight limit that quick? What advantage do they bring, compared to iron plate, beside the possibility of having more heavy weapons? Not much. Try to think that the lightweight plate is absolutely op. It's going to be difficult.
  14. Gotta thank that EMP that I strapped earlier this week. Otherwise I'd be pretty dead ... Hey, I won! I beat his maxed myth (and divine) ... mech one.
  15. I had always ran "cheap" on my base factories because, as the name suggest, they are cheap. And hence they have the best power/$ ratio. And so I logged in today, went to one of my level 11 factories, and I was greeted with this: Apparently "cheap" is not cheaper than common items. It still beats "quick", however. What's happening?
  16. Realistically ... I'm not going to even try to consider for the whatever offers, simply because they cost this much (e.g. $50). For half of that price you can get the Dell 4.5mm to USB-C I wanted very much -- essentially a DC-DC converter peaked at 65W with GROUNDED neutral line (unlike most other two-pronged USB-C adapters), or you can get a new USB-C brick from Dell anyways. Or, at 10% more, the DA 300 which is awesome. I had actually considered the "improve your mech" deal because that one seem to be in reasonable budget. And in general, 10 of $4 is much more easier to swallow than $40 up front. Candy money per week is only that much.
  17. oooooo Nah i haven't looked in arena for 100 days the fights are so shït Even if it do the max protector is missing although i think i have two max protect already..
  18. I thought the only reason it sell a myth hammer is because I had one equipped on one of my mechs like the old "improve ye mech" thing
  19. Unfortunately the game is p2w. Whichever way you look at premium boxes. Or related premium items.
  20. lol No the idea of "a beefier model of heat engine" is because they had made some extremely beefy "overload preventer" and the "combined engine unit" which is supposedly to make mechs more rounded But this immediately make all non-rounded mech a piece of crap. Module-wise. Because how these new modules outclass mostly everything. Unless they use monkey torsos and even then they will have to spam mods So in order to combat this there is two ways: 1. make very beefy single-element modules 2. nerf dual-element modules I don't mind the dual storage as it's 40kg weight will save some slots, and it's the same logic behind a 40kg energy/heat module. I want my heat mech to have good heat, but that means I will cram up my slots with heat mod and no plate which make it very very low hp. And I don't have a heat monkey yet
