By the time I started to play this game, the old players and forum administration and a group of players used to set up competitions with lower mechs with rules stablished. They can get some prices not for the general player in the normal pvp. It is a tournament and can get special items like a Goat or Unicorn perk. It is distinctive item to have and are very few around because you need to win the first place and because it is uncommon it does looks cool. The tournament is set in a way that everyone, including you at your power level, can compete with everyone at the same plain field toe to toe and win against the best players on top position in this game not having power base advantage over you and eat their candies. So, a group of players plus Marija part of the forum administration, they come with ideas to create a tournament and the rules plus prices. It does require to summit the build after rules are implemented by forum users only then compete against each other till the finals. It is a cool thing to do in particular for those who can play at different hours because time zone it does affect because everyone lives in different part of the world.

sadly, before we knew but new administration wants to keep it now by surprise. TS had a schedule set for 6 months ahead and was repetitive when will appear the portal and others, so players were ready to save fuel, tokens or else. Offers we knew will come but not what item because used to sell weapons good premiums or just bad things for top players not for lower. It was ok way for many.

some different offer will appear as you rank up. When I was lower rank, great offers appeared when old owner was in the game but my acc was too low. As I ranked then those big boys offer appeared. I was not buying but is what happens in all my accounts.

it is a good item not having the 2 premium types. you can make that one with confidence. The recent premium option, it is one hard to get in general. that helps to reduce the resistance of your opponent. Top players use them not having the premium option.

there was a unicorn forum competition recently. It has been I think 2 forums competition in the last year.

not sure. I think R15-R12 I got them but was very rare to get any. Sure, R10 you get them as part of rank by normal luck. Sure, you can get them been part of clan doing war. I never divined a common. Maybe I divined like 2 with rare relics. Some items for rare at lower rank are fine to divine.
