I like the sound of that! I may come out a bit biased since I myself run a Dual Desolation build, but these proposed values do make sense even to the perspective of someone who has never touched a Desolation.
I did the maths, and the final damage value for our hypothetical buffed Desolation would be around 298-440 (please do correct me if there are miscalculations). If anybody here thinks that it may be a bit too much as its damage is very similar to the damage output of a Spartan Carnage (286-490), hear this out: the Desolation weighs 15 kg more than a Spartan, while also having a more complex range, and twice the heat generation.  
Either way, I do honestly think that we should up its weight a bit in addition to the heat generation cost increase. Probably increase it from 66 kg to 68 kg (or even up to 70 kg) so it can at least have a balancing factor. 
Whatever path would be taken, I'm sure people would like to see one of the most reliable weapons that an F2P player could run receive some love. Would also motivate people more to try out new builds with energy free heat mechs, and not just Burning Showers everywhere. 😉

I noticed some topics on forum that are focused on writing, words game and similar so I thought some of you might be interested into taking this to a new level - Poetry Competition! I'm someone who likes and used to write poetry myself, so this is also for my own pleasure 😄 
If you are interested in participating, here are the things to know! 
➡️  We wont have any sort of applying for the competition, simply posting the poems in this thread is ''applying''. You can of course say its for the competition etc. 
 ➡️ The competition will last 7 days, closing on the next Monday ( 28th February ) at 10am CET. For that time, you are allowed to post, edit, change your poems or even quit if you wish. But after Monday 10am, there is no more changes, we will consider the poem your final post. 
 ➡️ The rules are very simple:
Follow the forum rules on basic common decency while writing A poem can be about anything, full artistic freedom is given (That means literally anything, it doesnt need to be SuperMechs)  A poem shouldnt be shorter than a couple lines or longer than 20 lines ( Have in mind someone has to read many poems probably 😄 )   ➡️ For the rewards part, I decided not to make it a large reward as this is more about the art and not the reward itself. Plus I'm taking into consideration the past experience in competitions :))  So the rewards will be symbolic:
 Place gets a forum badge for winning the poetry competition and 300 tokens Place gets 200 tokens Place gets 100 tokens  ➡️ After the competition is closed, we will take some time to read everything through and decide the winners. While deciding the winners, we will take into consideration stuff like the creativity, choice of words, the overall look and etc. I will also check the reactions to the poems, ask my team members for their opinions as well since luckily, some of them like poetry! I will post the results in this thread. 
If you have any questions, do ask them here, please try not to clog the thread obviously.

What an absolute joke of a thread, no representation of the actual ebbs and flows that occur within rank 1 usage rates. No, I'm not going to waste my time compiling my own thread to counter this one, anyone with half a braincell will know to look at the leaderboards and get a general understanding of what to shoot for.
Doubling down on that point, I've always disliked the use of these threads. You're just pointing to what everyone else uses instead of encouraging originality, which is the driving force that gets these things built in the first place. 

Also no offense to ZeRo here, but he has no solo medals and personally I've never even seen him finish a week (the point at which one's rank actually matters) in the top 10 before. I'm sure his intentions with these builds are fine, but Sawz trying to hold this dude on a pedestal with a single screenshot (with the "show online" option checked too LOL) is just complete nonsense. Sawz I'd really like to give you the benefit of the doubt with your intentions here, but seeing as to how you conduct yourself around literally anyone who disagrees with you has me second guessing. Please get your ego in check brother.

I'm super excited to announce the Police Mechs community tournament! If you were a user of Tacticsoft's forum you may already know what this is because we already organized few tournaments like this. For those who are unfamiliar what the tournament is about I will explain it shortly, but first I want to thank @Marija and @Fluffeh who will help me out with this event! 
 
What is Police Mechs tournament?
The main idea of this tournament is to bring community closer together and have some fun by battling in ways you wouldn't do in a real match. I think we all can agree that sometimes we just want to try something new, something that just feels out of place. That's why I think this tournament will be a great chance for it and you will see why too after reading the rules!
 
Rules
1. Only common, rare and epic items allowed. Legendary and Divine items cannot be used in this tournament. This way no matter are you a rank 1 or 10, you have equal chances to win.
2. Item level cannot be higher than Epic level 1. Commons and Rares can be upgraded. Reason for this is that we don't need unfair advantage by having higher levels items than your opponent. This way it stays balanced.
3. You must use Energy and Heat weapons only. Physical items are banned from this competition except for charge and modules.
4. You must use at least 2x Energy and Heat weapons (torsos, legs, drones or any other special doesn't count for this requirement). This is so the name of tournament make sense.
5. Heat Bomb, EMP, Firefly and Electrolyte are banned. 
6. Legacy items are not allowed. Some of them could provide unfair advantage over the players who can't get them anymore.
7. Battle is done in 1v1 format.
 
 
How can I Sign Up?
To enter this competition you need to do the following:
-After creating your mech for the tournament you will need to send it privately to me on forum along with your INGAME name. 
-You need to screenshot every category of your mech. This is so we are 100% sure you follow the rules. Any unregistered change will result in disqualification!
 
How long will the Signing Up last?
Exactly one week. Participants will have enough time to make their mechs and collect missing parts if needed. Any late entry or update on your mech will not be validated!
 
Where can I check who is my opponent and how much time do we have to finish our fight?
After the signing up period ends you will be able to find out who is your opponent here a day later. You have 2 days to finish the fight and the replay code of the match must be sent here. It's up to both sides to decide do they want to play with pads or not. If someone happens to not get an opponent in the first round that player will get a free pass to the next one.
 
Rewards
This will probably be the favorite part of the topic for many, but with a good reason! The rewards for this tournament are:
1st place: 3000 tokens
2nd place: 2000 tokens
3rd place: 1000 tokens
But that's not it! Depending on the number of participants we get, random players will get a FREE pack for just deciding to participate, so if you lose you still have a chance to get some rewards! The more participants we have, more people walk away with a free pack so make sure to spread the word 😉

It's been an honor and a privilege to fight alongside you Clever. I can confidently say that the past year has been some of the most fun I've ever had in this game, specifically getting to know you and the boys in TF. Sad to see you go, but everything that has a beginning has an end. In my eyes you'll always be one of the greatest.

That being said, let's keep in touch. Hit me up if you ever want to grind some Eleven Table Tennis again. You can't handle this forehand! 😄 Best of luck with your future endeavors.

Well - you read the title. It's been a fantastic ride playing SuperMechs, but my time has come to leave the game. I have really enjoyed the nostalgia these past couple of years from this game, remembering the times when I played when I was younger. However, I've arrived at the point where the game is too boring and feels like work for me. Additionally, my real world responsibilities are increasing and it's time for me to do something else in my free time. 

I believe I've achieved everything that I originally had planned to, so I'm happy to announce that I can leave the game on a good note. I've really enjoyed the community here - there are some great people and I believe I can call them my friends. Not going to tag people - but you know who you are 🙂

In terms of the transition of my account, I will be giving my account to a couple of trusted people. I will not be revealing who they are, but they are respected people in the community with deep SM knowledge. 

Again, I really want to emphasize that the community has been great and has been a major reason why I haven't quit earlier. I appreciate getting to know folks and learn about their backgrounds. @Alexander & the Gato team - thank you for the privilege of keeping SuperMechs going and wishing the best for the future of the game. I also wish everyone else the best and good luck in SuperMechs and life 🙂

Pretty self explanatory from the title.

I genuinely think that base (level 20 legendary/epic cards) and arena boxes could be greatly improved by simply removing all items that end at the epic rarity from it's drop pool.
This is a similar thing that was applied to premium packs during 2018.
Edit 1: Main complaint, this is a rank 3 arena box, and i've been getting pretty much similar loot for the past half year, with the last good thing i got being all the way in may.

AFTER MANY HOURS OF CALCULATIONS (20 minutes really), I have done some maths and here to present you the most money effective token packages if you were to buy them.
In game, there is a 10$ offer for 795 Tokens, arguably the best offer. Going off of this offer alone, 1$ = 79.5 Tokens
I will be comparing every offer to this one above.
1. 0.99$ for 50 Tokens
This package is 62.8% money effective
2. 4.99$ for 250 Tokens
Usually you'd get 397.5 Tokens for 5$ with the aformentioned 10$ offer.
This package is 62.89% money effective.
3. 4.99$ for 750 Tokens
5$ here would get you 397.5 Tokens, but as you log in daily you get 25 reds each day.
This is THE MOST money effective package, boasting at a 188.67% money effectiveness.
4. 9.99$ for 530 Tokens
10$ = 795 Tokens, need i say more?
This package is 66.6% money effective.
5. 19.99$ for 1,100 Tokens
20$ = 1,590 Tokens if you were to buy the 2 special offers for 10$.
This package is 69.18% money Effective
6. 49.99$ for 2,900 Tokens
50$ = 3975 Tokens if you were to buy 5 of the 10$ offers.
This package is 72.95% money effective.
7. 99.99$ for 6,500 Tokens
Big moner, 100$ = 7950 Tokens if you were to buy 10 of the 10$ offers.
This package is 81.76% money effecitve.
NOW FOR TODAYS OFFER, How worth is it?

Well, it's actually pretty worth it.
1 Pack costs 335 Tokens, which roughs out to about 4.21$.
We have 6 packs here (2010 Tokens) , which is worth around 25.26$, we also have 1,200 Tokens which is about 15$ if we count by the 1$/79.5 tokens rule.
THEREFORE, you're getting 40$+ worth of tokens here, not account for the 300k power kit, transform relic, 50k gold and 300 AC.
FINAL THOUGHTS:
The best token effective offer is the 795 tokens special offer for 10$, the monthly pass, and pretty much every paid offer.
ima be real with you i only did this cause i was bored and kind of got annoyed that everytime theres an offer somebody goes "HURR DURR IS OFFER WORTH PLS TELL?"
