The popup you got stated that there was already an account connected to your Game Center account.
You had the option to use your main, or your alt, the popup also stated that if you choose the latter your main would be deleted, and so has it.
Just don't connect 2 account to any of the same account on a game service, that literally never works and always deletes one of them.

If you connect 2 different accounts to 1 Game Center account the oldest one will be deleted.
Why would you even connect 2 accounts to it?

If you still have access to the Email-address you connected to the account you can request a new password here:

Log in on the following website using you SM credentials and go to the profile settings.

You can't get a new password without acces to the connected Email-Address^^
Furthermore the link I sent you also has the forgot password option which does work.

You need your username and password in order to change the Email-Address connected to your account. To reset your password you need to have access to the connected Email-Addres.
If you don't have the password and don't have acces to the connected Email-Address there's really nothing that can be done by anyone.

Go to the link below and login with your SM credentials. Then in the profile settings you can change the connected Email-Address.

Dude, I literally live in The Netherlands, it isn't banned as you can't earn money from it, thus it isn't considered as gambling practices.
Gambling is betting your money, in hopes of getting your deposit, and perhaps even more back. Buying stuff online or in a game isn't gambling, even when the items you'll get are random.

You are wrong here. The lootbox system of SM isn't against any laws.
In order to be breaking certain gambling laws you'd need to be able to actually sell the items you get for real money. But as that is not the case it isn't against any laws.
